Hakan...you know I luv ya & those fab igs of yours......but I have to let ya know that based on the info Bosse gave I guesstimated the conversion closest to 3 feet=@ 1 meter.I pulled out my trusty "Math for Nurses" pocket manual...annnnd it gives the following conversion & examples: 1 meter is as high as the door knob on a door (about 3 feet)
1 meter (m) = 39.37 inches
There are 12 inches (in.) in 1 foot (ft)
SO:
Bosse says his little biosphere is
25 meters:
25meter x 39.37 inches =984.25 inches
984.25 inches divided by 12 inches(1 ft)=82.02
OR: @80feet long as I posted.
Not to worry...we are not familiar with Metric here no matter how hard the government tries to convert us....just as people in Europe & the rest of the world aren't familiar with our system either. One day perhaps it WILL be universal ...until then we'll just have to stay confused ;o)
