Amy, I'm afraid that this is being recommended by more and more care sheets by different people. However, I do know of one person who is trying to determine if the different sodium types listed in the contents of Centrum is in any way responsible for raised uric acid levels.

IMHO it's a lot of trouble to crush those things LOL
