My mom has opened her home to yet another iguana. She just couldn't resist when she saw the iguana at the herp show that was "free to a good home". Poor little Pablo looks pretty good considering the end of last year he was left at the doorstep of a pet store half dead. His front feet are somewhat deformed, he has a scar where the abcess on his face was, and he has some difficulty with his tongue. He also has a bit of an attitude; he doesn't like to be held at all, although my mom has been able to pet his head. This will be interesting as I have never had to help tame an iguana before.

My mom now has three iguanas to take care of. I guess I am lucky that mom decided to adopt Pablo because I would have been heartbroken if I would not have been able to help him. But 6 iguanas is my limit. Now I am just wondering what my mom's limit will be...
