Ziggy has now started eating again. I read somewhere that it's good to put the food up high, because ig's are arboreal; I mean, Ziggy spends all his time in the branches. I had been putting his food in the floor of the cage, and, honestly, I don't even think he even knew it was there!
So, today I built a shelf at the top part of the cage, accessible from the top of his basking branch. When I put him back in the cage after installing the shelf and putting his food dish on it, he wemt right for it! Cleaned out the whole dish!
I also took a clip someone gave me at a show and suspended it by a string so it hangs just over the top of his branch. There I clipped some dandelion leaves, which he also ate.
Thanks for the vet link. I will definitely check it out to see if they have a herp vet in my area, because I definitely want to make sure he is free of parasites.
Thanks all
Mike
