Try collard, mustard, turnip and dandelion greens, escarole, winter squash, green beans, snow peas. Occasionally mix in carrots, sweete poatotes. kale, parsnips, endive,etc. Add a little fruit like chaerries or strawberries.
If you feed a good diet, you don't need that spray calcium.
