Zane,they don't need to be with a male to develope eggs.This is something they do every year or they reabsorb their unfertile eggs.Take the eggs and put them in a baggie and put them in the freezer for a day or two to make sure none were viable eggs.As Des said,lucky she laid them especially if she didn't have a nesting box to dig and bury.And yes still take her to the vet for x-rays.Good luck with your lady.
