i add a teeny amount of Centrum to iZ's supper fruit every day (for the vitamins, not the calcium) ... and i use people vitamins cuz they're more regulated than herp vitamins (god only knows what's *really* in herp vitamins!) (this is what works for me + iZ anyway ...)
