Wendy ....yeah I feel the same way. Read what I posted up to Mike also, plus what Hakan typed. You'll figure it out one day and a light bulb will come on & you'll wonder what the big deal was all about in the first place! lol. Its all about *food choices* and picking foods that are better for our igs than not. Since Godi is considered a sexually mature male he is considered an adult...but he still can't buy booze...lol You don't HAVE to supplement his food with calcium..IF he is getting a high calcium, high fiber diet. Now try that Nutrient Database if there is a food you are NOT sure about...find out about it...it will give you the contents of calcium and of phosphorus of any edible plant food that we humans eat. Pick foods that are 2:1 CA:P = twice as much calcium content as phosphorus. I'd still finish off the rep vitamins you have tho...will not kill Godi..just 1/4 teaspoon 3xs week. ok?
scroll down for the nutrient database site. under food ? I think...Joan was kind enuff to put the link. If you are truly interested in foods that you give Godi you'll want to keep this site as one of your favorites.
Good luck and hang in there!
Gina
