To keep my iguana warm at night I use a ceramic heater. It gives off no light, only heat. Iguanas need total darkness to sleep properly.
For humidity, you first need a humidity reader so you know exactly how much humidity your iguana has now, to keep it up if you have a glass/plexiglass or other enclosed enclosure, misting a few times a day works well for me, otherwise cool humidifiers work even better.
