Lorry,

contact a Tree trimming company and ask if they use a boom truck. If so, tell them what you have and ask how much it would cost to retrieve her. They may or may not do it. Another thing to do is if you have a outside cage but your male in it so Cleo can see him. She might come down some to check him out. Also supply some food in your males cage and some out in the open for Cleo.
I'm not sure the fire department will respond to a iguana.....but you never know!
