Ummm...not good for much of anything in raw plant form 1:1 CA:P ratio for iguanas anyway. It prolly could be used for the fiber content tho and sparingly. Don't know. The reason why Tofu is a better soy source is cuz it is enriched with calcium sulfate and calcium chloride (that's what the package says anyway!) Its CA:P ratio is like 3.5:1 :o)
