Harry's first outside adventure....

Well, I set up Harry's cage out on the front porch and took him out there for a few hours. One of the first things I noticed was him changing color.....he went to a dark brown. He was enjoying the sunshine but all those noises.....well needless to say....his head was cocking all over the place non-stop. There was a slight breeze blowing, so the plants around the porch were moving and he didn't care much for that. Heck, with all the birds singing, cars driving by, music playing across the street, and of course this big huge world, he hasn't seen before, Harry just laid there on his branch, soakin it all in. I took some pictures and will have them posted as soon as they are back from the store. And of course Lola was out in her outside cage. She's use to this all so she just laid there as flat as she could, to catch as much sunshine as possible. Mid-afternoon I had to take them in, they were getting too hot, but they had a wonderful time and I can see Harry wants to do it again real soon.
