With Harry, we mist his food every time we feed him. The only thing he uses his water dish for is when he sticks a front foot into it and then poops. Go figure. Lola is "pooped" everyday in the tub. She will actually submerge her head up to her eyes and drink. See, "my" ig is far more intelligent than HD's. Lola has a water dish in her enclosure too, but I have never seen her drink from it. Again, the easiest way to get water in them is to spray the heck out of their food.
