So what did you learn? From my limited understanding it should be okay to use centrium as long you aren't adding more soduim stuff (electrolytes) and you keep iggy hydrated. So it should be okay (salt is actually really important). BUT if iggy gets tons of urates (sodium, potassium, chlroride) like found in celery tops, swiss chard and bok choy and is dehydrated there will be concentrations of urates which may led to gout & urinary bladder stones (uroliths). Is this right ereryone, feel free to correct me, I'm not a nutritionist (my iguana is making into one, LOL)
