Hey, a word to the wise. Never let your little ig sit on top of the monitor. Or first ig did that, he liked the warmth, thought it was a great perch. Unfortunately being a baby he wasn't house trained. You guessed it pooped while up there one day right down the cooling vents. There went one monitor (no way to explain the new contents of our monitor to SONY that would allow us to use our warrenty) and nearly one ig. You know how if you pee on an electric fence you get a shock. At least that is what my husband tells me (No, I didn't ask if he actually tried this). Apparently a jolt could have traveled back up the igs stream and given him a shock (sorry to be graphic). The little guy was lucky. Unfortunately my husband was not, he was right in the middle of an English paper. Took us a month to get a replacement.
