Salt intake.......

It's my understanding that iguana's have a built in system to taking salt out of their bodies, which I would think unless you cover everything they eat with salt, it should be fine. Now that's if you don't mind all the white snot LOL all over the cage and your iguana's nose. There are items we feed Lola and Harry that will make they blow salt for a day or two, haven't figured it out what is causing it yet. Some days Harry doesn't have any, other days his nose is covered in it, always in the early morning as he is waking up. Just my thought, the vit. doesn't hold enough salt/sodium to make much difference.
