Funny colors..

My ig, Carlos, has a funny colored patch on his head, over his right eye. The eye lid and several scales around it are a blue/grey in color. The rest of his head is normal colored. These blue/grey scales stand out quite a bit. I've noticed them over the past few weeks..

The skin is not dry and he is not shedding. It doesn't seem to bother him in the slightest (I had though it might be a burn at first). I am at a loss to explain it. Any suggestions?
