The chances are unlikely that anything eat would make a difference since it takes awhile for the digestion of the food. And doesn't your iguana's Ssssssh poop only about every other day or so? If that is true, then the food is processing slow inside your iguana. Harry sssssh again poops two to three times a day so he's processing his fast. Lola on the other hand only goes once a day and sometimes once every two days. I would say your labs would have a good base as to what is going on with your iguana. The blood wouldn't change that fast. I had labs done on Harry....high protein..I'm sure even since we took him off plant protein for over a month, his labs would still have shown a high level 5 days or more from the first lab. He's going in next month for a recheck on the protein level, I would think it's down by now, but ya never know with these guys. I'll post something when I know.
