Joan,you can still use the clean ones,,believe it or not,but your scent is still in the shirts.Or just rub it against yourself and put it in the cage.You wouldn't believe all the old t-shirts the kids have now.Dan & I just give them our worn out ones.All the kids sleep or burrow under them even now.We've always had very good luck with this method with our new arrivals and they seem to bond quicker with us.Now I also have to say,,,Cirsis will let me know she is real mad at me by pooping on her(mine)t-shirt,otherwise it's the only clean thing in her cage if she's just upset.Kids,gotta lve em,they're the babies.
