I do understand that killing animals is a horrible thing, but we are giving them to much credit here. We are treating them like humans. A mother mouse would rather eat her babies than caring for them until she dies. This is not how it works. Most animals could care less if they are removed from their families. That is how it happens in the wild. *Sometimes* mom cares for them for a few months then they are off. Ok, maybe some animals are diing, but, in the end they will save so many more lives. I have had three grandparents die of cancer, and who knows, maybe that gives me a higher chance of the same thing. So, I guess the question is....would you rather a hundred mice die, or would you rather me die? I guess that one is in everyone's court, but personally either way, I agree with Iz's mom, if I was saved because of these animals I can't wait to thank them in heaven.
