I guess it depends on where you live and what the highs/lows are going to be. I am sure as a Ig-parent you know what temps they need. Also if you are going to leave them out all the time where you are will effect humidity too! For example here in Colorado it is SOOO dry that I would have to humidify the whole state if I kept Frodo out all day! LOL
