*IF* you can pay for shipping to Virginia, and think the Iggy could make the trip okay, I'll take him. I run a rescue/adoptions program here and have volunteers to help care for him until a permanent home could be found. Actually, I'd probably take him myself.

You can check my references with Lola and Harry's parents who post here fequently.

: I have a friend that is married to a vet and she told me that, somebody dumped an ig on their doorstep (in Michigan). This ig suffers from severe MBD and desparately needs somebody to help. The vet can't keep this ig because they don't have anywhere to put it due to their 200+ large and small reptiles they already have in their home.

: So if you have a big heart and lots of time and paitience, please adopt this ig if you are able to. If no one wants it, it will be put to sleep, which actually might be more humane than going through the long, grewling process of recovery. But, I think that he deserves another chance at life because any life is worth a second chance.

: It makes me sick to think that someone can do this to their iggy, or maybe just didn't have enough information to care for him/her properly. This is why NIAD is so important...to help educate and avoid problems like these.

: Let me know through email if you can adopt and care for this ig. or even have questions. This ig desparately needs your help.
