Harry's Dad...I got turned on(?) to oxalates & phytates because of a monthly magazine I subscribe to relating to nursing! Ive also got a nutrition book from 1998 which has so much information on calcium and its action/properties that it makes me dizzy!
I do also have Hatfield's Ulti ...but ya know..I rarely read it shame on me! It IS a very good book but not as thorough in some areas as it could be.Yes it can be bib*ig*cal .Keep up the good work Harry's Dad (Hatfields apostle,,,lol)
