Thanks for the spiney ig pictures! Still no luck. Joan, yours has the same couple of turquoise scales, and Dino's is the first one I've seen with Allowishus' cute face!
The good news is a herp vet just appeared over the weekend on the island here - bad news is I can't leave the house because I run a daycare. Hmmm....I guess poor Pete is going to have to take another day off of work. She did eat one more wax worm, still ignores greens, is shedding, and did a little poop. My version of force feeding didn't work. She is so-o thin, I hope this vet can feed her. It is possible she is a swift, I haven't fully investigated that yet. My best suspicion so far is a ctenosaurus clarki, hugely keeled scales and the tail is slightly flat - not round. I do have some really lousy pictures of her, but I haven't got a clue how to use our scanner. I'll look into it. Two breeders have seen the pics and say they've never seen anything like it. I really appreciate all your help. It's nice to feel supported.
P.S. My daycare kids are spending their time in my garden (which is a major honour!) looking for strange critters for her!!
