Missy took quite a long time to lay her eggs... almost a week. We were not prepared at all. But luckily enough, Missy laid them right out in the open (except for a few behind the couch she had in her room at the time). This does not normally happen, and we now keep a close eye on our females.
If she doesn't lay the eggs in the next day or two, I would certainly worry and take her to the vet. You should probably call your vet ASAP to advise him of the situation.
