Franks nursery's used to hav that ploicy,,,but I think I soley changed that.I use to take plants back weekly for new ones.Now they don't do that exchange anymore,at least not for me. I do hae a lot of luck with the hibiscus bushes and trees, and so that's another reason why I have 25 of them.
