Starting to grow cactus (nopales) now! Also my hibiscus bareroot branches are finally leafing. The dandelion greens project didn't last (iggies and tortoises saw to that!). Ive grown collard greens and Mustard greens (tendergreens) with great success in the past from seed. Give collards plenty of room between planting as they get HUGE! like 4-5 feet tall and with the leaves the plant is something like 2-3 feet wide. Plant in a nice sunny spot and water once every few days once they sprout...these are basically weeds so don't overdo it with the water once established.
