I must say... I don't have the time to volunteer for NIAD like I would like to be able to. Virginia Reptile Adoptions keeps me busy enough. However.. after seeing that, I've got an idea.

On Sunday, April 25, there is a March of Dimes walk-a-thon here in Richmond that I am participating in for my company, Wheat First Union. I think that instead of wearing a WFU shirt, I'm going to order a NIAD shirt and wear it. So will my better half, and I bet I *might* could talk Lola and Harry's folks into it as well.

Where better to get lots of exposure for NIAD then in a walk-a-thon with thousands of people struggling to walk 11 miles and desperately needing SOMETHING to talk about???

Anyone else in Richmond, Va area that wants to join us?
