roses hard to grow???

Believe me, roses are one of the few plants I can grow. I don't baby them, I don't give them fertilizer, and I don't spray them. Just plant them and watch them take off. Tell Dan not to baby them. We have the climbing roses going up and over our 6 ft fence. We also have bushes and we have more roses all summer long then we know what to do with. The only bugs I have ever gotten on the roses are aphids. I just use a little dish soap in a spray bottle of water. The aphids hate the soap taste. The roses don't care and the rose petals will be easy to wash off.
