Breeding season?

At first I was told Ozzy was a male, but I noticed it WASN'T a male. So female. But now Ozzy has grown 2 bumps in the "potty" area. AND TO TP THAT OFF! OZZY SEEMS TO BE GOING INTO BREEDING SEASON! I know this sounds weird...But Ozzy use to be my little baby, now ORANGE (breeding color), bites, whips, mouth opens, and opens its dewlap alot.
Can they go through breeding season now?
