Re: question on burns. Are they just surface or deeper?

In some cases Im wondering if burns could be much deeper then what we may think? Hot rock burns Im thinking are just that, deeper. Lola had a pair of them when we got her....they have never went away. It's like she's scarred for life. Which makes me think that these types of burns come from deep in the muscle tissue area and in the igs skin area, resulting in so much area damaged that recovery of tissue is near impossible. We applied neosporin to areas of the burns that were still raw, until they healed. But in the end Lola I am afraid will always have scars from the dreaded Hot Rock ( previous owners ).
She's still a wonderful ig...even if she has poop wars with Harry!!
