iggy flips out looking in the mirror

I let my iguana roam and sometimes he looks into the big mirror at the end of the hallway. he thinks its another iguana and whips his tail and hisses at it. its cool to watch but is that too stressful to let him do once in awhile? he also flips out when i wave a green towel near him and will attack it. anyone else have these same experiences?
