New to iguana keeping.

Hi everyone, I am new to world of iguana keeping and I have a question or two. First, could someone tell me what the best cage setup for a juvenile would be as far as heating and lighting. I have the little guy in a 30gallon tank right now. Also, he isn't eating as far as I can tell and I was wondering if that is normal the first couple of days in a new environment? Thanks in advance!!
