Spikes on the nose?

I have had other iguanas before but my baby (about a year old) has three little spikes on his nose. None of my other iggys ever had this. Anyone know why some have these and some dont? Is he a cross between 2 kinds or something? I went back to were i got him from and they still has 2 left that dident sell. They dident have the spikes...
