Spike is BLEEDING on his lips, anyone have advise to heal?

Ok,
now he,s bleeding on his lips, and I don't know what to do about stopping the bleeding or helping the wound to heal,
can anyone help?

Also I was wondering if anyone could give me an estimate on how old he is;
he is about 23" and he's aggresive!
