lizards are not a big thing when it comes to fighting just gotta make sure you got them so where they can't move the back legs are the strongest part of a iguana so heres how you hold him.
O yea and i think he whats a female to mate with ;)

Grabd his back legs first make sure you hold them down them with your other hand carefully move under his belly and have your middle finger and your ring finger on each side of his tail thenyour pinky and index finger right between his inner thys (lol like my new word? :)...)
then he can whip you and try to bite all he wants
