Hey, I've got two Iguanas and the female now and again starts to rub her eye on a log, when she looks up and blinks a big red blog thing pops out of her eye and then goes back in as quickly as it came out.. it's really weird and i am quite worried about her.. could someone please explain to me what this is! is it their way of cleaning out their eyes?

The picture is of my male iguana, Faggot =)
