I agree that starting big would be the best choice, but sometimes new owners that buy igs without planning don't quite have the money to go all out. And about the newspaper, seeing as iguanas rarely spend any time on the bottom of the cage unless the cage is set up with no shelving at all. But I also did mention paper towels as an option.
