Need basic info ASAP

I have a friend who has a friend that did the worst. They got an iguana, waited till it got about a foot long, and decided they couldn't handle it. I am most likely going to take it off their hands (they are giving it away). I need as much basic how to info. on keeping these guys. Mostly size of enclosure, substrate, heating options, which foods to steer clear of, and anything else I am missing.
