Water dragons are great , ive seen some really tame but the problem is that they need to eat pinkies!I cant give them baby mouses to eat!

:A properly cared for iguana can grow about a foot a year. In the first 3 years especially growth will be fast. A 4 year old iguana can range between 4 to 5 feet in length. A full grown will reach the six foot mark, and can grow more.
:As for tameness... it's not written in stone, but they are typically one of the better large reptiles to tame. Of course, it doesn't happen overnite. A couple months at least in some cases for one to be fully relaxed around you.
:Males can be aggressive during breeding season. They will also grow the biggest. An iguana can be sexed with some certainty around 2 years of age.
:A popular alternative for those who decide an iguana is too big for them is a water dragon, since they reach about 3 or 3.5 feet in length.
