And Whopper's 6+ yrs old now. I've noticed the older igs that are much smaller than the should be tend to have the biggest 'tudes when they are around other iguanas. Seems their brain hasn't figured out they are smaller than they should be.
: This little boy came in last weekend. We got the surrender call and after talking with the owner I was extremely apprehensive about this one's prognosis. She was remorsefull for not taking proper care of him....poor diet, small cage, lack of heat and proper lighting. She told me that he was wobbly when trying to walk and didn't have the strength to climb. I was pleasantly surprised to see that he wasn't as bad as I had imagined. He needs to gain some weight and get some muscle tone but he's eating well and climbing all over the place. Altho he's small for his age (5 yrs), he's a pretty boy and sweet as they come...loves to give lizard kisses. This is Atom. :)
