Iguanas are territorial, rather solitary animals. Although an beardie and iguana might appear to be "friends" while the iguana is young, eventually that beardie will end up with some serious injuries, possibly even lethal ones.

Iguanas can not be housed with any other animal, including other iguanas. (Most of the time.)
