Lizard wags his tail once in awhile. As far as I can tell, it's not a sign of annoyance or agitation. And he's certainly not so kind as to give me any clear sign when he's about to jump onto something (like my friend's head). He is more likely to wag his tail when he's on something high, with his tail dangling somewhat.
