Id take him anyway and continue taking and handling him very gently without squeezing and rubbing him while in my hands, and talking to him with a sweet voice until he gets used to it.

r:My iguana is physco. He freaks out everytime i try to take him out of his cage and he tries to jump on to everything. I wish he would just calm down but i do not know how to get him to do this. Please help me.
