First I would like to congratulate you for reaching out to the forum and trying to find what is the best solution for your iguana. Your heart is definitely in the right place it’s just that moneys tight, and we have all been there. That being say:

Unfortunately the reality is that parasites are killers.
You need to find a way to get him to a reptile vet and fast.

You can start a fundraiser,
You can ask your family/friends,
Whatever it takes your pet is relying on you.

Only you can save this guy.
