Your Ig has an internal parasite of some kind, possibly several. You need to take him to the vet, with a feal sample, the one you just had dropped with the wriggler would be a good one, and get him properly treated. You can't just pick a dewormer and use it, as they are different for different types of parasites. He may also have ones that you can't see. Find a way to take him in, borrow money, whatever you have to do is all I can advise.

:Well I've read just about everything online to help me out with providing the best I can for my adopted iguana. Ive given it proper housing, the light bulbs and food, the calcium, ....
:All I havent done is taken it to the VET. I honestly cannot afford it right now and will probobly not be able to for another couple of months. Any Way, today in the morning I filled his tray up with collard greens and he ate, a few hours later he was pooping and after I noticed a small WARM like thing wiggling around in his crap!!!!!!! I dont know what to do! If any body has experienced this before please give me some advice on what I can give him to make them go away, like I said I cant afford a vet visit right now so please give me some ideas! Thanks.
