The Shedd Aquarium (Chicago IL) DOES have a breeding pair (possibly trio but almost sure it is a pair) of Grand Caymens. They have invested TONS and TONS of money in an environment that will HOPEFULLY induce breeding of these guys. Im not sure if you were the person that Lori was telling when I was at the Conservation Booth.

So for us the beginnings of the conservation effort is a lot closer to home than some may realize.
