If he's moving, looks somewhat alert, and will swallow if you put food in his mouth, he will probably survive with enough TLC. You have your work cut out for you! Lots of soak I would think, and the dark patch that seems stuck might clear up with some gentle washing and lots of basking. Good luck! He is lucky to have a person like you :)
:I found that guy in a pet shop.He was alone in a tiny birds cage without food. I asked the owner why he was in such a bad condition and she said she didnt know how to take care of iguanas.She asked me if he eat insects.I said no and i bought him.I dont know whether he will survive or not but i couldnt leave him there!
