A mammalian vet can do a fecal check for your iguana. A parasite is a parasite and any vet is able to test for them, but unless it's a qualified reptile veterinarian, don't trust them to prescribe medication. Mammalian vets will sometimes try to treat reptiles the same as they would a mammal, which can be deadly.
