considered a 'self-limiting' disease ~ will go away on it's own, no medical treatment needed ~
~* UNLESS *~ ... if you can't keep any liquids down (in) and you start to get dehydrated, SEE THE DOCTOR! ... otherwise, let it run it's course (sorry, HAD to say it!) and make sure you're drinking something to replace the electrolytes you're losing ...
